The sky of the Cerrado is a spectacle in itself. With minimal light pollution, the nights reveal an endless carpet of stars, planets, and brilliant constellations. The vastness of the night sky, often appreciated on full moon nights in the Chapada, inspired this Easter egg, which carries the brilliance and magic of this natural phenomenon.
To translate this experience into chocolate, we created a 70% cocoa egg, intense and sophisticated, punctuated by caramel crystals that resemble the brightness of the stars. The interior holds a balanced mix of cashew nut, baru, and banana dragees covered in chocolates with different cocoa percentages, providing a delicious contrast between sweetness and intensity.
