Its cultivation safeguards the region’s biodiversity, making it a rare and precious ingredient.
Inspired by this natural treasure, we crafted a white chocolate egg infused with Cerrado Pompona vanilla, offering delicate fragrance and balanced sweetness. Inside, a mix of drágeas—cashew (42% cocoa), baru nut (53% cocoa), and banana (70% cocoa)—creates a symphony of textures and intensities.
