To enhance its flavor, we’ve added pimenta-de-macaco, a native spice from the biome that has an intriguing aroma, yet without any spiciness. These ingredients reveal the rich flavors hidden in the Cerrado's flora.
To create this egg, we’ve combined 70% cocoa chocolate with a generous layer of Cerrado passion fruit jelly and a subtle touch of pimenta-de-macaco, achieving a balance between freshness and intensity. The interior features a mix of selected dragees, ensuring a full and surprising tasting experience.
